les Gouaches de Chanel

I received this for my birthday last year, it's so beautiful and precious.
It's the Chanel artist palette for eyes, cheeks and lips, LES GOUACHES DE CHANEL.
It comes with five colours, magenta, rose, coral, carmin and bronze as well as a clear gloss base, a palette and two brushes all inside a tin case. The quality is really good and although may be slightly impractical its a lot of fun!


I'm not sure if you can still purchase this anymore, i think it was a limited edition, retailed at about $65USD, but i thought it would be nice to share!

Collars & Coco

I wasn't always fond of the metal collar/choker trend but i really loved this Wayne Cooper one when i saw it so i had to buy it. I love how structured the neckpiece is and then you have this organically bent metal piece attached. I'm looking forward to wearing it on the weekend.

I'm flipping through a few books for my design history assignment and whilst looking through "Fashion Makers Fashion Shapers" by Anne-Celine Jaeger I came across an interview with the lovely Coco Rocha. She's incredibly beautiful and down to earth, her confidence is inspiring.

Trousers

Today I want to share one of my favourite looks from Oscar de la Renta's A/W 2012/13 runway. 
Besides the fact that Arizona Muse is looking stunning down the run way...

I love these pants! I think the print is absolutely gorgeous and the colour is just so vibrant. Team them with a shirt and oversize cardigan, they're a perfect pick to enhance a dull winter outfit. The pants are called Nile Bijoux pendant printed silk faille skinny pant (8N302) and will cost you a solid four figures $1390.

Chinos or trousers are a great essential for your wardrobe, you can dress them up with a pair of heals, a blazer and some great accessories or you can get an everyday look when worn with a simple T.

I've found a few picks from ASOS (www.asos.com) that will give you the 'de la Renta' look for a much more affordable price.
